SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination during checkout. International orders usually take 5-22 days to arrive, depending on the courier selected. Other orders typically arrive within 3-5 days after processing. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless free shipping is offered. We do not provide courier services to P.O. boxes, only postal. RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly email us at Joyfulhatsaccessories.@gmailcom with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send all returned items from the original postal address. If the item is manufactured by a third party, please do not return it to the. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. do not accept returns for headwear and fascinator hats, but we will exchange them if they are defective and have not been used.

You can return an item within 1 day of delivery, provided that it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that our return policy does not apply to discounted or sale items, personalized items, or items that have been damaged by you. Additionally, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been shipped out.

Once an order is received and the hat is completed, we do not offer returns as all hats are custom made.
